With Christmas within touching distance our Under 10 Girls played their final game of 2023 away to Eckington in the cup.
On a windy evening the girls produced their best performance of the season to date with chances in the first half but went in a couple down as the hosts converted well.
Second half saw Eckington have the better of it whilst we still had chances to score. Come the final whistle it was our best result of the season. Both ref and home manager commented on how far we have come in the first half of our debut season.
GOTM for a number of driving dribbles from box to box and non stop work rate was Georgia 
(sporting her new AFC bobble hat!)
