Our Under 7 Whites played SUJB in the final of the cup today.

Both teams having great seasons so far. Both teams battled so bravely today in freezing cold and wet weather. The weather really did beat them. Both teams play some very good football even in these conditions with the first halve being extremely close.
Second half AFC stepped up the game braving the weather more and sujb started to struggle as the weather turned even more.
AFC came away winners to finish off a fantastic season.
Freddie - Amazing in goal changing the game with a 1v1 stop.
Toby - Rock solid at the back and started off some great attacks.
Poppy - caused trouble up top and defended extremely well.
Ralph - scored the best disallowed goal, he battled hard forward and backward.
Edward - you could see he was playing against school friends he wanted it every minute of this game and scored some vital goals.
Rory - battled hard, tackled hard and started some great play down the wings.
George - put pressure on at the top lead the line and nearly scored for all his efforts.
Oli - his pressure on the defence, his determination to win the ball and topped it off with some great goals.
Jack - solid on the wing. Defended and attack super and played some great balls in the box.
Great overall performance and super proud of them all.
